Do you have problems with your device?
Our products are subjected to stringent final quality controls before being delivered. Should a defect have nonetheless occurred on your product, please sent it in the original packaging to the service address below. You will then receive a new or repaired device back in the shortest of times.
- If possible, please enclose a detailed description of the fault with your device.
- Please enclose the guarantee card and a copy of your receipt (till receipt).
- If you’re sending accessories as well, please list them in detail in your cover letter.
- If you’re not sending accessories as well, please also make that clear in your cover letter.
- Please give us your full address, including telephone number and/or e-mail address.
- If you’re planning a trip or an event in the near future, meaning that you need your device back as soon as possible, please indicate that separately.
